Project management

“Thanks to our knowledge and flexible approach, we successfully executed a complex piping job. It also involved the coordination of several contractors. Cooperation and expertise were at the heart of this project.”

FROM ENGINEERING TO EXECUTION

Indinox further developed the existing design for all utility pipes (hot water, cold water, compressed air, osmosis water, drains, potable water) for Phase 1 of the CSP Module 4 project.  This was done using Autocad Plant3D. Based on this model, isometrics were generated for prefabrication and execution.

We were responsible for the purchase and assembly of all piping components (pipes, fittings, etc.), equipment (pumps, buffer tanks, etc.), instrumentation (flow meters, manometers, pressure gauges, etc.), fittings (valves, non-return valves, sight glasses, etc.), painting, insulation, pressure tests, and chemical cleaning.

Coordination with the other contractors was also integral to the project.

SAFETY WITH DESIRED RESULT

The prefabrication, painting, installation, pressure testing, cleaning, and insulation of the complete piping package was done without any incidents or accidents and within the desired quality level and deadline.
